Prosecutors presented witness testimony, video and 911 calls from the February standoff with police, when Crossley was allegedly shot inside a home. An officer also testified that a bullet hit a window just inches from his head before a tactical team entered. Drummond remains accused of multiple counts, including first-degree murder.

COMMS: CURRENT ORDINANCE DOES NOT ADDRESS DATA CENTER
Lycoming County commissioners are moving to tighten zoning rules for data centers. This week, they approved a resolution saying the county’s current zoning ordinance does not properly address data centers or similar uses. That starts a 180-day process to write and adopt new regulations. Commissioner Marc Sortman said the move gives the county time to put a stronger ordinance in place, while municipalities would still need to adopt their own local rules.
