Authorities also allege Haywood used artificial intelligence to create fake images depicting himself with children. He is now charged with unlawful contact with minors and several related offenses, and is being held on 100-thousand dollars bail.
CITY VOTES TO PAVE OVER BRICK STREETS
Williamsport City Council has voted to pave over two brick street sections in the city, including part of Wayne Avenue near Jackson Primary School and a section of First Street. Officials say safety concerns, traffic issues and high reconstruction costs led to the decision. Some council members and residents argued the historic brick streets should be preserved, but the measure passed on a 6-to-1 vote.
